Yes. When you book through Turo or Evee, comprehensive insurance is included in the booking price. You're covered from pickup to drop-off.
Pickup is typically in Richmond or South Yarra. We'll send you the exact address and instructions immediately after booking confirmation.
You'll have seamless access to Tesla's Supercharger network. The cost is billed to us and we request reimbursement after the trip. Please return with at least 20% charge.
Standard bookings include 250km per day. Extra kilometers can be purchased at booking or will be charged at the platform's standard rate.
You'll need to meet the platform's requirements. Typically this means being 21+ with a full, unrestricted driver's licence valid in Australia.
The platforms (Turo/Evee) handle security deposits securely. We do not take cash bonds directly. Check your booking receipt for details.
